Have you ever had one of those moments when it seems as if everything is in chaos for a moment, slow motion the next? In these moments it seems either a noise in the ears or may be ringing. Color fades to black and white and can be separated almost from the events that happen around you seem. Sometimes you can learn this if you are faced with bad news, sleep deprivation or extreme tiredness, when you teeter uncertainly between apathy and physical exhaustion. It is an expression that we use all that is for the disease. This expression is "not a candle burning at both ends." The sentence means that we find a balance in our lives because if we do not, will either try too hard and enjoy life too much work without the assumption of appropriate responsibility. Either of these extremes can not be a healthy attitude to life. In business, this phenomenon may have noticed, if we do not take the time to experience life off the economy. The scenario goes something like this. . . . A burst of activity occurs in the business planning. This activity is followed by another burst of activity in product acquisition and site design. This is by working on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Internet marketing strategies pursued. This is followed by an extensive network, to develop high-quality connections and improve the potential for back links for site ranking performance. This is followed by __________ (Comprehension). Which is followed by __________ (Comprehension). And then ____________ (Comprehension). The original idea of burning a candle at both ends goes back to the 18th Century, the practice of the manufacture of candles. If you would a candle on both ends, it means the candle in a horizontal position, rather than burning vertically with burning wicks were placed at both ends. This type of candle lighting could be a better offer, but would drip the wax and the wick is burning fast would cause the entire candle to be in a very short time worthless when leaving a mess behind in a darkened room. This is the picture of a man who does not recognize or take time to recharge and renew. They are quick to say something like, "It is better to burn out than rust out", and they are nearing their goal of getting every day. Inch by inch the candle is consumed, and they suffer from burnout, chronic fatigue or worse. It is possible bursts of activity, spend in excess of your typical capacity, but may run longer than the push to render ineffective the individual and without passion for what they thought they would do the most. There is one other words do: "All work and no play, Jack is alive." We are all with the need for refreshment and relaxation. Find a way to make that happen in your business efforts and expect a better performance in the long-term productivity and energy to see.
