    This is a great read, both the basic and advanced elements of social media marketing. His deep scientific, practical and hands on understanding is unsurpassed. If you want your digital objects are found, you must master it. Rating: 5.5

    “Social Media Marketing for Dummies” is the perfect antidote for all marketers that “going social” is something that only do consumers fears. will see after reading this book you why large and small companies would have every reason to embrace the social world, as long as they are ready to develop an authentic voice and social are more flexible on the consumer. In the tradition of the “For Dummies” series, Shiv Singh’s book gives the marketer a gentle nudge in the social world, with some practical tips on topics such as how to start a social campaign to use metrics. By the way, the “For Dummies” title is somewhat misleading. Shiv insights are quite applicable to advanced, an example is the chapter on the development of a Social Influence Marketing mobile campaign. I work closely with Shiv at Razorfish, and am happy to enjoy the benefits of his knowledge all the time. Rating: 5.5

    I really enjoyed this book and found it both stimulating and extremely practical. It has some smart insights, provides a clear framework for the understanding and approach to social media marketing, and then explains the characteristics of the market, how to consciously on each of the social media platforms, though, that this part of the marketing puzzle, and not the whole thing is. It really is like a one-stop shop appears to be at the basics, the more strategic approaches (including the Mobile Social Media) and the practicalities of what you “buy” and “deserve” about the social web. I recommend reading this book. His thoughtful driven, specific, and actionable, and not hype. The author obviously has a lot of experience in this room, and it shows. Rating: 5.5
